Gmail has something to do with people from all walks of life, from offices to schools and businesses. Due to the prevalence of Android phones nowadays, everyone is using Gmail.
Most users are familiar with the basics of Gmail. But lack of knowledge of certain features is often a problem for users.
In this case, today we are going to tell you about some of the secret features of Gmail. Which will not only alleviate your problems, but also make you a smart Gmail user.
Mute feature
The group mail thread message used in the fee may sometimes make you angry. How often thread messages disturb us during work? This is especially true when you are busy with household chores.
You can mute the active group to prevent this. This will send the message of the thread to the archive. Where you can check in your free time.
Click on the three dots of the thread message to mute. Where the mute button will appear. Clicking this will mute the conversation. Then, if you want to unmute the conversation, click on the conversation and then click on the unmute button again.
Snooze
Snooze is a kind of alarm button. It saves you time. Meaning if you get an important message that you don't want to miss.
But at that time you do not have time to read the message comfortably. In this case, you can check the email at a specific time using the snooze button.
This will not lose any of your email updates. To use the snooze button, you have to tap on the message. You can then snooze on a specific date and time.
Auto Advance feature
This is an easy way to delete unnecessary messages and emails. After deleting one email, the second email comes automatically.
This means you don't have to go to Inbox again. To do this, go to Settings first. From there select the Auto Advance option. Then enable the On button.
Advanced search feature
Searching for email often takes a lot of time. To avoid this, you can choose the Advanced Search option. To use it, you have to click on the right side of the search option.
Where an additional tab will open. From there, you can search for emails in your inbox based on time, date, and keywords.
