Nepal Telecom had launched a new website last January on the occasion of its anniversary. The company has been adding new features to the new website from time to time by modifying the old website to make it more customer friendly and informative. 

In this regard, we are informing you today about the various services available on the website of Nepal Telecom.

• When you open Nepal Telecom's website, you will see 'Self Care Account' on the home page.  Which can be used to get information about various services and purchase services.
• Through Self Care Account, various services of Telecom can be recharged, balance can be transferred and packages can be purchased.
• It is also possible to send package gifts to relatives or friends from there.
• It also shows the volume of the package you have purchased as well as the balance information available on the mobile.
• There is also a facility to recharge online in various services of the company from the website by entering the PIN number in the recharge card and using Visa or MasterCard.
• The KYC form required to get a new SIM card can be filled from the website.
•  The company provides information on roaming services, friend and family services, hello credit services, miscellaneous alert services, data roaming and international roaming services.
