Ncell's special offer to students, 20 GB data in only Rs.250 - TECHNEPNEWS

Ncell Private Limited will provide mobile services to students, teachers and schools at affordable rates for online classes and learning. For this, Ncell has signed an agreement with the Higher Institutions and Secondary Schools' Association Nepal (HISSAN), an umbrella organization of higher schools and secondary schools.

As per the agreement, Ncell will provide special monthly plans to students, teachers and schools for online classes and learning. According to the company, voice, data and SMS services can be availed in this plan.

Under this plan, students will get 50 minutes on net talk time, 50 on net SMS service, 120 minutes of talk time, 20 GB of data, 1 GB of 3G/4G data, 2 GB of 4G data for using online Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams required for online classes at Rs.250(excluding tax) per month. Similarly, a monthly plan of Rs. 350 (excluding tax) is also available.

HISSAN Chairman Ramesh Kumar Silval said that they were excited by the understanding.

According to this cooperation, students/teachers of the concerned school can avail this service on the basis of HISSAN's letter of recommendation. SIM can be owned in the name of the student or related educational institution.
